Hello Doctor hope you're doing well! Here’s a quick walkthrough of my exposure (5th January):

5th Jan Exposure. Body to Body oiled massage + She sucked my penis + She tried to finger me but stopped and rubbed her finger on me. Gonorrhea and Chlamydia Day 13. Negative.4th Gen Combo HIV test (Finger Prick) at Day 21, 27, 29, 34, 38. Negative.Syphilis test (From Vein): Day 38. Negative. Do I have a chance for HIV or can my further results come back positive? iIs it conclusive from this incident and carry on having unprotected sex with my Wife?

Welcome to our firm. Thanks for your questions. I’ll be glad to comment. None of the activities you describe placed you in any known risk for HIV. Body to body massage and receiving oral sex have never been proven to transmit HIV. In addition, your multiple tests for HIV provide virtually conclusive results that you were not infected. Technically it is suggested that tests for HIV are not entirely conclusive until six weeks (42 days) following an exposure, however, given the virtually no risk nature of your encounters, and your many negative test results. I would be comfortable in telling you that you can be confident you were not infected with HIV.
I see no reason for you to abstain from unprotected sex with your regular partner. I hope this information and assessment is helpful to you. Take care. EWH
