Hey Terri now I am freaking out a bit. She definitely has some sort of infection I can see yeast in her vagina but also small white appearing to be blisters could this be a yeast infection? I feel like the worst mother ever. I am hoping this isn’t herpes from a razor 

I doubt that you can see yeast in her vagina - that isn't visible but  white discharge is visible and suggests a yeast infection.  If she has something vaginally that concerns you, it would be best to have her professionally evaluated rather than you doing it unless you are a medical provider---
