Thank you for your continued confidence in our services. However, I'm sorry you felt the need to return with this question -- especially since you already should know the answers from your three previous threads. Here is my opening reply to your first question 6 months ago:

"HIV is virtually never transmitted sexually except by penile-vaginal or penile-anal sex. Even oral sex is no risk, or so low it cannot be measured...."

And your next two threads also addressed the absence of risk from hand-genital contact, oral sex with condom, and genital rubbing without penetration -- all zero risk for HIV. And now you also describe a zero risk exposure, which would have been zero risk for HIV even if you had not used a condom. Therefore, the small defect that appeared in your condom was no risk at all, since you did not have vaginal sex. There was no risk of HIV or any other STI from this event. You do not need testing for anything and can safely continue unprotected sex with your wife without fear of infecting her with anything.

We do not permit repeated questions on the same topic, exposure, etc. Although your four threads each followed different exposures, the issues raised were identical. This will have to be your last question along these lines; you may not continue to use the forum for reassurance after every new extramarital sexual event you have. Repeated anxiety driven questions are subject to being deleted without reply and without refund of the posting fee. ASHA is not keen on accepting payment for questions previously asked or with obvious answers; experience shows that answering such questions tends to increase anxiety rather than relieving it; and such questions have limited educational value for other forum users (one of the forum's principal goals). Thank you for your understanding.

It was oral sex. You didn't even need a condom, and the hole in it makes no difference. There is no chance of HIV. As you have been told (more than once!), there has NEVER been a case of HIV transmitted mouth to penis. And of course there was no penile insertion anywhere else that you don't remember. Get real.

You do not need testing for HIV. However, it is obvious that you are going to continue to worry about this until you are tested with a negative result. It's up to you. Do it or not -- I don't care. However, I have no patience with "afraid like hell to do the test". If you have HIV, you have to know it; and when you get the result, your anxiety will disappear (even if it is positive!). (Worry about the result is always more stressful than knowing, even if the result is the one you don't want.) But anyway, there is no chance you caught HIV from the exposure described. Why are you so worked up? Did you even read my reply above? Or in your previous threads? Did you not understand what I wrote, or just not believe it?

Dr.hook,
I understand all what you wrote and I believe it but idk why from time to time it comes to my mind again and think over and over about it i think i need to test to rule this rubbing encounter when I’m not sure if there’s an inter or not, not the oral encounter
This rubber encounter before 118 days so I believe the test should be conclusive for the hiv and i will write you doctor the result when it’s comes
I’m sorry to be too much annoying i know but the anxiety is the real disease
Thank you doctor hook

Yes, your anxiety is "the real disease" here. But as you have been informed previously, we are not here for the purpose of treating anxiety, and anxious persons are not permitted to post the same or similar questions repeatedly. This definitely is your last one:  any futher questions from you will be deleted without reply and without refund of the posting fee.

There is no need to tell us your negative test result. But I'll make a deal with you:  if it is positive, you will be permitted to post a new question to let us know, in which case we will refund your posting fee. Got it?

Finally, it sounds like your anxiety is seriously affecting your life and happiness. You should seek professional counseling about it. I suggest it from compassion, not criticism.

Good bye and good luck.
