When i peed into the sample pot, i did a tiny amount and then stopped (natural reflex) and then started again. I provided the total volume required.

I just would like to check that the fact i started and stopped and started again won’t impact the accuracy of the test.

You can have complete confidence in your test results. Stopping and starting during specimen collection will have no impact on the accuracy of your test results. In addition, urine tests for the STI’s you mentioned are amongst the most sensitive and effective of all tests in medicine. When your results are available, you can have complete confidence in them.
