Welcome to the Forum. Thanks for your question. I'll be glad to comment on some of the possibilities here but I suspect that for an accurate diagnosis you will need to be seen by an experienced clinician. I doubt that this is an STI. The exposures you describe- mutual masturbation, sucking your partners' nipples' and receipt of condom protected oral sex are virtually no risk exposures. In addition, the lesion you describe, a tender bump with a black head really does not suggest an STI either. Specifically, it does not suggest syphilis or herpes. I suspect that this may be folliculitis in which a hair follicle gets plugged and normal skin bacterial grow to cause a pimple. I suspect the bump will become more tender and possibly grow until it bursts. This does sot suggest an STI.
Please do not scratch or squeeze the lesion. Doing so will make evaluation by a clinician more difficult and could make the inflammation worse.
I hope that this information is helpful. EWH

Hello doctor thanks for your reply
I already visit an internal disses doctor and he told me it’s not an sti because it’s painful and there is pus inside probably because hair ingrown and lack of hygiene but he wasn’t sure 100% idk what to do he gave me 2 Antibiotics and fuciden cream
1- doxycycline100mg twice per day for 7 fays
2- cefuroxime 500mg twice per day for 7 days
Idk what to do if this what i have is sticor not ?
If i can resume my sexual with my wife
Hiv is zero risk or there’s little risk from my exposure
And from my exposure what should i test and when is best time to get 99.9 accurate result
Sorry for the too much questions

Thanks for your follow-up. It appears that he and I agree that agree that this is folliculitis (an infected hair or hair follicle). The treatment he provided should be helpful. This is NOT and STI.
You can certain resume unprotected sex with your wife without concern of giving her and STI.
Your exposures did not put you at risk for HIV.
Testing is not necessary. If you wish to test however, testing for the most common STIs, gonorrhea and chlamydia will be reliable any time more than 4-5 days after your last exposure. Conclusive testing for syphilis and HIV takes longer and will not be conclusive until 4-6 weeks after your last exposure. As I indicated however, in my opinion, testing is not needed.

I will follow the treatment that doctor gave it to me.
Can you coming me the below please
Hiv is zero risk ?
Chlamidya and ghronoria test how much percentage i need to be tested ?
One of the Antibiotics the doxycycline i read about it they are giving it to treat sti thats mean the doctor is suspect this is sti ? And this will not affect the test of chalmidya and ghronoria and syphlis ?
Note: Doctor told me to stop having sex with my wife for 5 days as this pus and bacteria inside can be transmitted to her idk if he is right can you advise about this as well please
Want to be relief from this stress and at the same time i don't want to transmit anything to my wife and my breastfeeding baby one and half year

We provide up to three responses to each client's questions. These will be my final responses and then the thread will be closed without further follow-ups.
There was no risk for HIV from the exposures you describe. There has never been a case of HIV proven to be acquired from receipt of oral sex or from masturbation.
Risk for gonorrhea and chlamydia is also less than 1%. No risk from masturbation and you wore a condom. No scientific reason to test.
Doxycycline has many uses including for STIs. That you have been prescribed doxycycline does NOT mean you have an STI.
There is virtually no chance you have an STI as I have already told you. Your doctor is being cautious. I would not be concerned that unprotected sex with your wife would result in transmission of your infection to her.
Please don't worry. This concludes this thread. EWH
