I wanted to ask for your opinion again, I know you said in last post not to test for anything but after I urinate it burns for a while after not during , I have no discharge just the burning after urinating. I tested negative for gon and chlamydia. IMy exposure was on March 16, a week after I was checking myself alot could it be irritation from that. I just have burning feeling at the tip after urinating.

Welcome back to the Forum. Thanks for your questions. Today I was assigned your question. I reviewed your recent interaction with Dr. Handsfield and agree with all that he said I reviewed all that Dr. Handsfield said. Persistent burning of the sort you describe often often reflect a tendency to focus all too much on the possibility of symptoms related to STIs. When we do that, there is a tendency to become aware of otherwise normal sensations (there are many normal sensations which we tend to otherwise ignore.,
I urge you to move forward without concern. EWH

A small amount of urethral discharge is normal and your frequent self-examination is likely to increase that because of the irritation related to your manipulation. No change in my (our) assessment or advice. I urge you to accept that you were not infected through the encounter than you now have come to regret. EWH---

I continue to see small white dot stains in my underwear, I just want to know if this is normal and if I’m making too much of it?

This question is somewhat repetitive. As I mentioned above a small and variable from person to person amount of penile discharge is normal. You have tested negative for STI‘s. What you were saying, may well be normal, and your heightened concerns may be leading you to notice something that is present there and not pathologic. Squeezing you penis in the process of self examination may be irritating and increase normal secretions. I do think you are making too much of this.
As you know, we provide of the three responses to each clients questions. This is my third response and therefore this thread will be closed shortly without further responses. You need to figure out a way to put your concerns aside and move forward. EWH.
