Hello dr,
Sorry i used this question again, hopefully
Its the last time. I know i have an anxiety for HIV due to the lack of education and ive known some people who have it and its not going alright. So here’s my full story
I have been in an encounter with females since 2014, and some even i did it unprotected with CSW. The last time i did unprotected was on oct 2021 with my colleague.
However, because im in a committed relationship, im scared if i have one due to my past, hence i started testing with rapid HIV, siphyllis, hbsag, and hsv from nov 2021 each month until now. And as you know, they came back negative during the read time (as previous question).
My final topic (and hopefully question) :
Should i move on? Should i be scare that i still might have stds? Is it ok to have unprotected sex with my partner?

I need to confirm that the CSWs were tested regularly every 1-3 months for stds by each of their “institution”

Welcome back to the Forum. I'll try to help. I note that in your past questions you have asked about specific situations. Today I'll give you some more general information which I hope is helpful. The message in this reply however is that you do not have HIV and should move on without concern.
Condom protected sex is safe sex. If all of your encounters since 2021 have been condom protected and the condoms have been worn throughout your encounters, there is not need for concern or for testing.
Your monthly tests for HIV, syphilis, HBsAg, and HSV prove that you do not have these infections.
You can move forward and have unprotected sex with your partner. EWH
