[Question #9924] Mental or Doctor Visit

Hello doctors,
Two days ago a felt a slight twing when i peed at the base of my penis. For the last two days I feel that twinge at the base for like 1 second. I dont feel like I am pissing razors or no puss, just that initial twinge when i first pee.
So I am concerned this could be related to a sexual event I had with a low end CSW. She was in my car and I was masturbating to her while she was in the doggy style. To the best of my knowledge, I did not penetrate her, just enjoyed the show. I have a video of the event and I can't see my penis near her butt for 10 seconds (meaning cant confirm that I did or did not enter. She did put her butt close to my penis but I am not aware I peneterated her. I was not drunk to forget but my mind is asking what if.
"Assuming" I did have penetrate her for 10 seconds and didnt realize it, what risk am at for an STI with a limited 10 second sexual exposure?
I am just worried this twinge I feel when I pee is related to that event. I feel I am overthinking this an paying attention to much to my penis or something else health wise might be happening.
Thanks for addressing my paranoia.

Welcome back to the forum.
---
I note your previous acknowledgment of having OCD and I'm confident that's the only issue at present. As I have often said on this forum (maybe in one of your past threads?), anxiety doesn't generally cause symptoms out of the blue, but it certainly raises awareness and seeming severity of minor symptoms or even normal body sensations that otherwise would not be bothersome and often not even noticed. And when someone suggests his or her own symptoms might have a psychological origin (the title of your question and your statement bout "overthinking this"), usually s/he is right. Finally, the vague symptom you report (an intermittent trivial "twinge") doesn't fit with any STI. If it somehow were a sign of infection, by 9 days after the sexual event other symptoms like discharge, painful urination, or penile sores would have showed up.
As for your CSW exposure, you're the only one who can say whether penetration occurred. But from what you right, it seems very unlikely.
My advice is to sit tight and do nothing, expecting the twinge to fade. I do not recommend any testing at this time unless you have had other truly risky sexual exposures over the last year, in which case this might be a good time for routine periodic testing, specifically for gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis and HIV. But not of anything else, and not because of the event described here.
I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

Hey doctor,
I hear everything you are saying. For the sake of entertainment, how long would i have to have unprotected with her to be at risk of infection?
I have not had any unprotected event. I usually self pleasure on the woman. I will follow you advice, but I am curious what time period of exposure put you at risk.
Thanks Dr. H. Always help me navigate through the storm.

Precise data do not exist. Even very brief vaginal penetration can risk STDs, but the longer the penetration the higher the risk. But your symptoms don't fit with an STD anyway, and apparently there was no penetration.
Condoms sometimes fail, not always recognized. There are no guidelines on testing frequency, but every several sexual experiences makes sense. Maybe once a year?
