Hi, like many of those writing here, i'm feeling realy anxious right now. I have been to an erotic massage parlour today, so i have took a hot tub for about an hour with a girl, then after, she massaged me and gave me a handjob, while doing it with one hand she touched /rubbed her vagina with the other, looking at her i saw a clear liquid dripping from her vagina. I asked her what it was and she was not sure, she told me it could be water from the spa stocked inside and now dripping or vaginal fluid or oil or a mix of it all...then she took it out with a towel , washed her hands and we continued the massage, also, we kissed à little, not deep, no tonge just lips on lips....so with all of this, i am anxious and scared i could get an std, i have à regular partner ( well nothing with her in 3 years but Still...something could happen if she wanted...) and dont want to pass her anything....

You needn't worry at all; the events you describe carry no risk of STD. I do not recommend testing; it is entirely safe to continue unprotected sex with your regular partner.
Massage and hand-genital contact are no risk for STDs, even if genital fluids are used for lubrication. Any fluid you can actually see dripping from a woman's genital area in this situation has to be either spa water or urine; vaginal fluids are too thick to simply drip in the way you describe. And STDs are not transmitted by urine. Kissing -- even prolonged open-mouth or tongue kissing -- also is free of STD risk.
So all is well. No worries at all about any STD. I hope this information has been useful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.
